All odds are provided by leading online bookmakers recommended by Bettingsite.com.au

Flemington Race 3: #1 Bella Rouge @ $4.80

Our best bet of the day at Flemington comes up in the Rivette Series Final as the Chris Waller-trained Bella Rouge searches for a third win in a row. The three-year-old filly managed to win in impressive style at the Flemington 1400m two starts back and backed it up with a smart victory at Rosehill over 1300m last time out. She returns to the 1400m and, from barrier four, draws to do no work under Brett Prebble. With the likes of Brookline and Arranmore engaged, look for Prebble to stalk the speed throughout. With winning form on her side, we expect Bella Rouge to put a field like this away in a couple of strides.

Rosehill Race 5: #5 Shades Of Rose @ $2.40

Bjorn Baker and Tim Clark combine in the fifth race of the day with unbeaten filly Shades Of Rose, who resumes for her first run since February. The three-year-old by Rubick won on debut at Bathurst on January 25 over 1100m, before breaking a track record for the 1100m at Bathurst on February 7 when winning by almost eight lengths. Baker aimed a little higher with the filly at her next start, taking her Canterbury for a 1200m 3YO Benchmark 64, which she once again was too good in. In her first trial, Shades Of Rose was beaten less than a length at Randwick, while her most recent trial saw her boot clear to win by five lengths, in clearly the fastest time of the morning. She and Tim Clark can control the race from barrier 1.

Sunshine Coast Race 4: #12 Lime Soda @ $6.00

Lime Soda is a new addition to the Mark Currie stable, and she has hit the ground running with a win coming just seven days ago at the Gold Coast. The three-year-old filly resumed with a third at Doomben behind the classy Fetch, before heading to the provincial circuit on June 25 where she won comfortably over 1100m in good time too. The daughter of Spirit Of Boom is now on the quick back-up, and while this is a tough race, this filly is a classy conveyance who can rise to the occasion under Queensland’s leading apprentice, Kyle Wilson-Taylor.

Murray Bridge Race 6: #1 Karacasu @ $1.75

Having gone down by two lengths to the progressive Passive Aggressive in the A.R. Creswick Stakes last time out, Karacasu looks a class above his rivals in this 3YO Plate. There may be no prizes for tipping $1.75 shots, but this three-year-old gelding has been placed twice at Group 3 level and has always been touted as a sprinter with above-average ability. With plenty of speed accepted in this, Jake Toeroek will have this bloke settled in the second half of the field. However, armed with a strong turn of foot and a bit of class on his side, Karacasu should be giving his rivals windburn in this. Moral.

Belmont Race 6: #5 Startrade @ $2.70

Startrade got the job done for us a fortnight ago, so we aren’t going to drop off him in what is another winnable race. The five-year-old gelding by Trade Fair loves it here at Belmont, winning his past two races at this track, so Saturday will be her shot at a hat-trick. Trained by Daniel Morton and to be ridden by Chris Parnham from barrier nine, Startrade is more than likely going to be ridden cold and saved for one final shot at them. His past two wins have been over 1200m and 1400m respectively, so he looks ready to take it to the mile now.
