Australia | $1.17 at Ladbrokes | |
Bangladesh | $5.50 at Bet365 |
To say the Aussies are doing well in the 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup would be an understatement, considering the situation they were in 12 months ago.
Their next assignment is Bangladesh at Trent Bridge, Nottingham, in the 26th match of the tournament.
David Warner and Steve Smith have proven themselves to the Australian public with some solid performances after returning from suspension.

Bangladesh was able to defeat the West Indies in its most recent match, only three days before this clash, making 322 runs off only 41 overs.
The discussions with the Aussies currently surround spin bowling, as they have only used part-timers Glenn Maxwell and Aaron Finch in the past week.
Adam Zampa and Nathan Lyon are both in the squad, yet neither is a certainty to make the first XI on Thursday.
Bangladesh sits just outside the top four countries in the standings, with the Aussies in second place after five matches.
Australia vs Bangladesh top runscorer odds
David Warner @ $4.20
Warner has been brilliant in the 2019 World Cup thus far despite lowering his strike-rate. He scored an impressive 107 against Pakistan but then flopped against the Sri Lankan bowlers and only made 26. Thursday’s clash with Bangladesh is an excellent opportunity for Warner to get back in the runs.
Shakib Al Hasan @ $9.50
One of the most underrated performers in this year’s ODI World Cup is Bangladesh’s champion allrounder. Shakib has taken five wickets and made 384 runs off just four innings, putting him well inside the top 10 batsmen of the tournament. The Bangladesh openers have been shaky, but Shakib always makes runs when they need him.
Australia vs Bangladesh top wicket-taker betting
Mitchell Starc @ $3.50
The raw ability to bowl fast and take wickets is what sets Starc apart from other bowlers. The NSW lefty loves facing the tail end and will often knock off at least two of the bottom four batsmen. He has taken 13 wickets in his five innings, equal most for the CWC tied with Mohammad Amir from Pakistan. Starc will destroy the Bangladesh bunnies.
Mohammad Saifuddin @ $5
With nine wickets in his last four innings, Saifuddin has been very effective for Bangladesh. The allrounder is known for his bowling and his pace is often difficult to pick. He is an emerging 22-year-old prospect that knows how to get wickets, so the Australian batsmen will need to be on their guard.
Australia vs Bangladesh CWC 2019 predictions
Australia to win @ $1.17 with Ladbrokes
It is hard to go past the Aussies in this match. Australian top-order batsmen make more runs than any other country and will be very difficult to dismiss on this occasion.
