All odds are provided by leading online bookmakers recommended by Bettingsite.com.au

Eagle Farm Race 5: #2 Foxy Frida @ $2.20

The fact that we are getting better than even money for Foxy Frida in the Magic Millions National Classic after her dominant win in the Group 3 RA Lee Stakes last start is a steal. This five-year-old mare has been in great form this campaign, winning two of her three starts, with her only defeat coming at the hands of Caste in the Group 2 Queen Of The South Stakes two starts back. This daughter of Foxwedge will be having her first run at Eagle Farm on Saturday, but considering the form she is in right now, we don’t expect the big track to worry her one bit. With Billy Egan following her to Queensland to continue his strong affiliation with her, it fills us with more confidence. If Foxy Frida finds a nice position mid-field from barrier eight and gets even luck, she should be winning again.

Rosehill Race 1: #8 Tutta La Vita @ $2.25

Tutta La Vita debuted at Canterbury on May 24 and was unfortunate to miss out on a maiden victory after getting back over the unsuitable 1100m journey. She showed plenty of class, however, to knuckle down to the task and find the minor money. She’s by The Autumn Sun, so the 1300m on Saturday should lead to major improvement, and with a perfect barrier to stalk the leaders, we’d be surprised if she wasn’t closing hard on her rivals again. Dylan Gibbons gets 1.5kg off her back, so with a valuable weight swing on her opposition, we’ll be looking for Tutta La Vita to storm over the top of them late.

Flemington Race 6: #4 Grey River @ $2.90

In the opening leg of the quaddie, the Jon O’Connor-trained Grey River returns to Flemington after finishing a narrow second in the Group 3 Proud Miss Stakes at Morphettville on May 20. She was forced to travel wide with no cover on that day and was arguably a good thing beat following the torrid run. Any rain we get will only benefit her chances, but from barrier two under Blake Shinn she’ll be given every conceivable hope. With even luck, Grey River should be bringing up a long-overdue win as she drops down in grade.

Morphettville Race 7: #1 Rialtor @ $8.50

The Stuart Padman-trained Rialtor was well beaten last time out in a seemingly tougher race than this back on April 22. Now, with the six-week freshen, he looks primed to strike. The five-year-old gelding tends to do his own thing out in front, and with Sheridan Tomlinson’s 3kg claim getting him in with just 57kg on his back, he is sure to take some catching over the 1400m. He has two wins and three minors to his name on the Parks track, and in a race where he should gain a relatively uncontested lead, there doesn’t look to be too many who can produce a finishing burst to run Rialtor down if he kicks when he needs to.

Belmont Race 6: #3 Fear The Wind @ $1.90

After completing the hattrick of wins at his last start, Fear The Wind will be seeking his fourth straight win as he steps up in class to a RTG 72+ Handicap over 2200m. This five-year-old gelded son of Fiorente has proven that he is a smart stayer, running over the top of his rivals from mid-field each time to claim victory. Even though he will step up in grade and face some tougher and older stayers, this gelding is in a purple patch and with William Pike choosing to stick with him for his fifth straight ride, it fills us with confidence that he will be a strong winning chance again. From barrier four, we expect Pike to push forward and take the one-one position behind the leaders and then look to make his move on the home bend. If he lets down much like he did at his last two starts, Fear The Wind should be winning again.
