AFL multi tips and multi bonus betting for Round 6 betting

AFL Multi
THE Hawks are finally on the board, North Melbourne and Sydney remain winless and the Tigers, Cats and Crows remain undefeated.

What an opening five weeks of the season we have seen so far.

This weekend we have several teams that cannot afford to lose. The Demons and the Saints need to win, while another Magpies loss would see them totally out of the finals picture.

It looms as a fascinating week of AFL action.

All odds for the sixth week of the AFL season were provided by Sportsbet.com.au.

Free tips for the Round 6 AFL multi of the week:

St Kilda Saints to beat Hawthorn Hawks ($2.07)

Sydney Swans to defeat Carlton Blues ($1.20)

Essendon Bombers to beat Melbourne Demons ($1.80)

Geelong Cats to win against the Collingwood Magpies ($1.27)

Combined multi value: $5.67 @ Sportsbet.com.au

Hawthorn Hawks vs. St Kilda Saints

Saturday, April 29 from 1.45 pm AEST, University Of Tasmania, Launceston

The resurgent Hawks meet the out-for-redemption Saints in the first leg of our AFL multi down in Tasmania.

Hawthorn broke through in stylish fashion against West Coast last week at the MCG after a winless month of football. Whether or not this could be a catalyst for an upturn remains to be seen.

The Saints had the better of the Cats for large portions of last week, but failed to land the killer blow when required. St Kilda now has just two wins to their name after five rounds and are in dire need of a win.

The Saints have the better team on paper and should be too strong for the Hawks.

Adelaide Crows to win – $2.07

Carlton Blues vs. Sydney Swans

Saturday, April 29 from 2.10 pm AEST, Melbourne Cricket Ground, Melbourne

The winless Swans travel to Melbourne to face the struggling Blues in a match that should be an easy kill for the visitors.

Sydney is yet to register a win this year but have not been far off the pace. They lost by a point to Collingwood and had the better of GWS and West Coast for large portions on those matches.

Other than their hard-fought win over the Dons, Carlton has failed to remain competitive for the majority of their matches. The Blues are too reliant on Gibbs and Murphy and if they are even slightly down the team is invariably dominated.

This one looks easy enough on paper. Sydney should break through for their maiden win of the year.

Sydney Swans to win – $1.20

Essendon Bombers vs. Melbourne Demons

Saturday, April 30 from 1.10 pm AEST, Etihad Stadium, Melbourne

The Dons and the Dees clash in the third leg of our AFL multi, and if the Bombers can overcome a shorter turnaround, they should win.

The Bombers outclassed the Pies on ANZAC Day to win their first showpiece event since 2013. The win was highlighted by Joe Daniher’s commanding performance which earned him best on ground honours.

Melbourne blew a huge chance to knock off Richmond after taking a 20 point lead into three quarter time. The Demons lost two more players to injury including ruckman Jake Spencer, who joins fellow bigman Max Gawn on the sidelines.

Jesse Hogan will also miss Sunday’s match through a family bereavement.

Essendon should be able to exploit the lack of talls and register their fourth win of the year.

Essendon Bombers to win – $1.80

Geelong Cats vs. Collingwood Magpies

Sunday, April 30 from 3.20 pm AEST, Melbourne Cricket Ground, Melbourne

The Cats and the Pies clash in the last leg of our AFL multi, and we are backing the form-lines to continue on Sunday.

Geelong easily accounted for St Kilda last week at Etihad Stadium. The Cats are steamrolling teams right now and are sitting pretty with an undefeated record.

Collingwood has just one win to their name after five weeks and are one point away from having a winless start to the season. The Pies have massive issues across the ground from defence to attack.

This is close to the safest bet of the week. Geelong should handle Collingwood easily to round out our multi in style.

Geelong Cats to win – $1.27
