St Kilda vs Richmond AFL R3 tips, odds & value bets – 3/4/2022

Both St Kilda and Richmond will be looking to go 2-1 on the 2022 AFL season when they clash at Marvel Stadium this Sunday afternoon.

On paper this looks like an intriguing contest between evenly matched sides. Online bookmakers cannot split these teams and the game is priced as a classic coin flip. The outcome should give a clear picture of where these sides are currently placed.

Key matchup: King vs Riewoldt

Saints key forward Max King booted 4.1 against the Dockers in a low-scoring game and it will be interesting to see if he can back it up here. Given that goalkicking accuracy often determines the result of close contests, we’re going to match King up with Jack Riewoldt – who returns from a minor thumb injury – even though they’ll be at opposite ends of the ground. If either can kick four, with support from some small crumbing forwards, their side might just pinch this seemingly well-matched contest.
