NBA Thursday multi betting – November 15 odds and basketball tips

nba multi of the day
THERE will be one question on the lips of every NBA fan on Thursday.

How will Jimmy Butler fit in with Ben Simmons and the Philadelphia 76ers?

Butler is a multiple All-Star that currently averages 21.3 points, 4.3 assists and 5.2 rebounds this season, while bringing elite defence at three positions.

After weeks of drama and infighting with teammates at the Minnesota Timberwolves, Butler finally got granted his wish after a trade request months ago and has landed back in the Eastern Conference with Philadelphia, a team that he can legitimately help to be a title contender.

Minnesota received a package that included former Philadelphia blue-chip starters Robert Covington and Dario Saric.

Butler began his career in the east playing for Chicago before a mega-deal saw him team up with old coach Tom Thibodeau in Minnesota.

While no one will question Butler’s ability or work ethic, it is his locker room influence that is now in question. Butler proved to be a cancer in a young Minnesota team, but will come to the 76ers with a point to prove and a reputation to repair.

Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid will appreciate the scoring help and the defensive anchor, but the move could prove troublesome for former number one pick Markelle Fultz, who has struggled to live up to his pre-draft billing.

Butler, Simmons and the 76ers headline our multi for a big day of NBA basketball that features 11 games to choose from.

NBA Thursday multi analysis

While we think Butler is ultimately going to be a great fit for Philadelphia in a conference that we now expect the 76ers to ultimately win, his debut on the road against a plucky Orlando side is going to be tough.

Philadelphia will find the first few contests tough to create synergy with their new star and will only just sneak over the line against Orlando, therefore, the $2.64 on offer for the 1-10 margin is the way to go.

After losing perhaps their best player to injury last week, Brooklyn will find the going tough against a solid Miami team.

The Bucks will be much too strong for Memphis as the Greak Freak bandwagon will continue to gain more passengers.

The Spurs will deal with the Suns and Boston to beat Chicago and Washington beating Cleveland are the morals of the day.
