NBA multi odds, best bets & specials – Tuesday, February 6
MONDAY was all about the Super Bowl.
Now we turn our attention to the NBA.
Golden State Warriors have lost two of their last three, but that has not affected their standing in the title betting.
Online bookmaker Sportsbet.com.au has the Western Conference leaders pegged as -161.29 runaway favourites.
Next best are the Cleveland Cavaliers at +650, just ahead of Boston and Houston (both +750).
Let’s check out the best bets on offer for Tuesday’s fixtures.
NBA Multi of the Week
- Pacers to beat Wizards – -128.21
- Pistons to beat Blazers – -128.21
- Heat to beat Magic – -370.37
- Nuggets to beat Hornets – -212.77
NBA multi odds = +491 at Sportsbet
This week’s multi tip is a rather straightforward affair.
The Indiana Pacers and the Washington Wizards are both on course for playoffs in NBA East. The Wizards are a couple of rungs up on the ladder, but we like the home team on the back of a 19-10 record at the Fieldhouse.
Portland have won seven of their last 10 as they head to Detroit. However, it is hard to bet against a resurgent Pistons outfit that has won three in a row and now boasts a fit and firing Blake Griffin.
The other two legs require little explanation. The Miami Heat should snap their three-game drought with a win over the Orlando Magic, while very few teams boast a better home record than the Denver Nuggets.
Bet up to $50 on this NBA multi at Sportsbet.com.au and get up to $50 back in bonus bets if only one leg fails.
Best bets for NBA Tuesday
Andre Drummond over 15.5 points: There were questions as to whether Griffin and Drummond could work together at the Pistons, but they have had no issues so far. AD has registered less than 16 points only twice in his last six games, so we like Sportsbet’s -103.09 about him to better that mark against the Blazers.
Denver Nuggets -5.0 handicap: Not only do the Nuggets win often at home, they also tend to win big. If they can beat Warriors by seven points, there is a very good chance they can eclipse a five-point handicap against an average Charlotte Hornets side at -105.26 odds.
Clippers win/under 212.5 points: The LA Clippers have burnt their list to the ground, yet they remain short-priced favourites to beat the struggling Dallas Mavericks at the Staples Center. Get on the home side to win and take the unders on Sportsbet’s 212.5 total points line at +153.
