La Liga betting tips, goalscorer picks & top odds | Matchday 30
La Liga returns this weekend as we head into the final stretch of the season. Here are our free soccer betting tips for all 10 matches of Matchday 30.
Cadiz vs Granada
Saturday, March 30 – 7am AEDT – Estadio Nuevo Mirandilla
With their season on the line, Cadiz have a chance to gain vital points in their relegation fight as they face the struggling Granada. Needing to close a five-point gap to the 17th-placed Celta Vigo, Cadiz have been in strong form lately, with just one loss in their past four. While Granada could be dangerous with nothing to lose, the home side should be too good as betting favourites.
Cadiz to win
Getafe vs Sevilla
Sunday, March 31 – 12am AEDT – Estadio Coliseum
After securing an impressive win over Girona before the international break, Getafe maintain their spot in the top half of the table. Welcoming the 16th-placed Sevilla this weekend, it is a clash between two of the most unpredictable sides in La Liga, no matter their position on the table. However, given Getafe won the reverse fixture 3-0, they offer great value with top soccer bookmakers.
Getafe to win
Almeria vs Osasuna
Sunday, March 31 – 2:15am AEDT – Power Horse Stadium
After going winless for 28 straight matches to start the season, Almeria finally secured their first win in their last match as they beat Las Palmas 1-0. With relegation almost certain, Almeria are now just playing for pride and looking to spoil opposition plans, starting with Osasuna this weekend. Following successive losses to Real Madrid and Girona, the visitors will be looking forward to an easier match, but they will have to be wary of complacency as Almeria have drawn six of their past seven at home.
Draw
Valencia vs Mallorca
Sunday, March 31 – 4:30am AEDT – Estadio de Mestalla
Sitting just two points outside a potential European position, the pressure is on Valencia to continue their unexpected success this season as they welcome Mallorca. The visitors have been impressive recently, losing just one of their past five, but on the road they enter as comfortable underdogs. With the two sides combining for just seven goals in their past 10 matches, don’t expect many goals in this clash as a key moment will likely decide the outcome.
Under 1.5 goals
Barcelona vs Las Palmas
Sunday, March 31 – 7am AEDT – Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys
Despite an ever-growing list of injuries, Barcelona and their young stars have continued to show their quality on a 10-match unbeaten run in all competitions. Now second on the table after Girona’s recent loss, they come into their clash with Las Palmas as heavy favourites, with the visitors winless in their past five. Watch out for Girona winger Lamine Yamal, who has scored three goals in his past three starts.

Celta Vigo vs Rayo Vallecano
Sunday, March 31 – 11pm AEDT – Abanca-Balaidos
Sitting just five points clear of the relegation zone, Celta Vigo have found form in recent weeks, winning two out of their past three matches. Facing Rayo Vallecano who are also in the relegation picture, the home side come in as favourites with top soccer betting sites. Holding a five-match unbeaten streak between the sides, Celta are the safer pick, but an extensive injury list for both sides is something to note in this clash.
Celta Vigo to win
Girona vs Real Betis
Monday, April 1 – 1:15am AEDT – Estadi Municipal de Montilivi
After an incredible start to the season for Girona, four losses in their past six matches have left them slipping down to third on the table. Equally out of form, Real Betis have now lost three in a row, leaving their top-six hopes hanging by a thread. In what should be a close game, Real Betis have never lost a matchup between the sides but given that Girona haven’t lost at home since September, it’s hard to bet against the favourite.
Girona to win
Deportivo Alaves vs Real Sociedad
Monday, April 1 – 3:30am AEDT – Estadio de Mendizorroza
After a midseason slump saw Real Sociedad tumble down the table, consecutive wins against relegation candidates in recent weeks have re-established their position inside the top six. As they head on the road to face the 13th-placed Deportivo Alaves they come in as betting favourites but given that they haven’t won at the Mendizorroza since 2019, this match will be far from an easy victory.
Draw
Real Madrid vs Athletic Club
Monday, April 1 – 6am AEDT – Estadio Santiago Bernabeu
Extending their lead to eight points at the top of the La Liga table, Real Madrid head into their top-four clash with Athletic Club unbeaten since September. The top two defensive teams in the competition, expect this match to be decided by a moment of quality, something that is spread throughout both sides. With Jude Bellingham returning from suspension, back La Liga’s leading scorer to add to his 16-goal tally.
Jude Bellingham anytime goalscorer
Villarreal vs Atletico Madrid
Tuesday, April 2 – 6am AEDT – Estadio de la Ceramica
On an excellent nine-match unbeaten run, Villarreal have climbed into the top half of the table for the first time this season. Hosting the fifth-placed Atletico Madrid, this match has potential for an upset as the visitors looking vulnerable with just one win from their past four La Liga matches. Recent matchups at the ground have seen four out of the last five matches end in a draw, but with Atletico also missing star forward Antoine Griezmann, the home side offers great value.
Villarreal to win
