Wednesday NBA betting – Aussie multi odds and free December 12 tips
WEDNESDAY’S NBA action is headlined by a battle of the titans of the young 2018/19 season and an old powerhouse looking to recapture their groove before it’s too late.
The Rockets (11-14) will play host to the Trailblazers (15-11) and the Clippers (16-9) will take on the kings of the east, the Raptors (21-7), in two games that are simply must-watch for any NBA die-hard.
There’s only three matches on Wednesday’s slate of games to populate our multi, but no shortage of betting value on offer.
Let’s take a look at how we’ve packaged the day of basketball together.
Wednesday, December 12 NBA multi tips:
Games start from 12pm AEDT
Portland to beat Houston – $3.25
Spurs to beat Suns – $1.09
Toronto to beat the Clippers – $1.63
NBA Wednesday December 12 betting analysis
Whoever is setting the odds for Wednesday’s games across the various bookmaker NBA markets still has a case of nostalgia for the Houston Rockets of last season.
The 2018/19 version of the Rockets is simply not the team that had the best record in the NBA last season and, even at home, do not deserve favouritism against a Portland side that has tremendous depth at both ends of the court and performs both at home and away.
We expect Portland to travel well and add to Houston’s woes while taking advantage of their complete defensive deficiencies.
The Spurs are a simple bank interest addition against a young and struggling Suns side that has looked increasingly fatigued and out of their depth in recent outings.
Finally, Toronto has looked irresistible this season and never lets these multis down, even against stiff competition like a plucky Clippers team that led the entire Western Conference just a week ago.
