NBA Friday odds, multi tips and betting predictions
Two of the 2019-20 NBA Championship favourites will hit the court on Friday (AEDT) as part of a tasty six-game schedule.
Although the season started only a few weeks ago, already we have seen some significant developments in both conferences.
Jimmy Butler has been the NBA All-Star Miami needed, while the emergence of Kendrick Nunn and Tyler Herro has been a joy to watch. The Heat will travel to Cleveland to take on the Cavaliers in Friday’s first match.

Three matches will all take place at midday, but our NBA multi will only include the clash between the Milwaukee Bucks and the Chicago Bulls.
Two of the brightest young talents in the NBA will meet when the Atlanta Hawks look to upstage the exceptional Phoenix Suns. Devin Booker has led the Suns to their best start in years, but a red-hot Trae Young will contest him in Arizona.
Two underachieving teams will collide in Colorado when the Brooklyn Nets take on the Denver Nuggets. Kyrie Irving has already caused drama in Brooklyn without lifting the Nets to the heights expected, while the Nuggets are cruising at 7-3 despite their repeated failure to put away the weaker teams.

NBA Friday betting predictions
Heat vs Cavaliers: Early in the season when both these teams were causing upsets, online bookmakers were underestimating them and providing good odds. Miami deserves to be shorter favourites heading into this match, as Jimmy Butler has found a unique rhythm that allows him to score in runs. Cleveland has fought hard in multiple games, but Darius Garland and Colin Sexton will find it hard to handle the Heat. The Cavs are without a defender who can stop Butler.
Bulls vs Bucks: The shortest leg of the multi will see the MVP favourite Giannis Antetokounmpo, who is only paying $3.50 at Sportsbet, bully the Chicago Bulls’ youthful core. Lauri Markkanen is a talented player, but he does not match up well against the Greek Freak. Eric Bledsoe has been scoring well this season and will fill the points void that the injured Khris Middleton leaves.
Hawks vs Suns: Up and coming superstar Trae Young has taken the 2019-20 NBA season by storm, averaging 28 points and nine assists per game for the Hawks. Ricky Rubio and Devin Booker have blended together perfectly in Phoenix, completely changing the culture of the franchise. Kelly Oubre Jr is an excellent defender for the Suns and can handle the smaller players such as Young. Every player on the Phoenix roster has a role to play and does it well, making the Suns a difficult team to prepare for.
Nets vs Nuggets: The Nets are in for a tough few weeks as their second-best scorer Caris LeVert will miss with ligament damage to his thumb. Kyrie Irving is listed as questionable due to shoulder damage, which will affect him even if he does play. Nikola Jokic needs to improve his scoring output for the Nuggets if he wants to become a superstar, and this could be the game where he gets started.
