Harrison needs to be on form
Tegan Harrison will have to reproduce a top ride on Cabin Fever to help the Gillian Heinrich-Ben Rodgers training combination get its first stakes win.
Harrison will be aboard two-year-old Cabin Fever in Satruday’s Listed Oxlade Two-Year-Old Plate (1200m).
She produced a great ride to win on the filly at Doomben two starts ago when Cabin Fever drew the outside barrier but Harrison was able to find the rail.
Harrison and Cabin Fever had little luck at their last start when fourth in the Group Three Ken Russell Stakes at the Gold Coast on May 6.
Cabin Fever, who is nominated for the Group One J J Atkins Stakes on June 10, has drawn barrier 11 in a field of 15 on Saturday.
“Gillian has always stuck by me and it would be great to get them a stakes winner,” Harrison said.
Rodgers is Heinrich’s former stable foreman and has combined with her in a training partnership which has produced a dozen winners to date.
