Parramatta Eels vs Wests Tigers NRL betting preview
We were treated to a wonderful clash last Thursday evening and this one shapes up as hugely important for both clubs as the 2020 NRL Premiership rolls into round 11.
The Parramatta Eels were humbled at Lottoland last start after a Manly special had them down 22-4 before they could wrap their heads around what was going on.
The Wests Tigers, on the other hand, are nowhere near as battle hardened following their comfortable 48-0 win over Brisbane.
Despite the cakewalk it was, the Wests forwards would have got enormous confidence and should be more than ready to get in the arm wrestle with the Eels pack.
Parramatta are deserving $1.40 favourites as they return to Bankwest Stadium for the first time in three weeks, while the Tigers started the betting at $3.25 but have since come in as far as $3 at several NRL betting sites.

One thing that could either spice up the clash or bring it into the Tigers’ favour is the availability of Ryan Matterson. He is battling a thumb injury, but Parra coach Brad Arthur is hopeful he will be right to play.
Eels winger Maika Sivo may also miss this matchup with a knee injury, which would do Wests a big favour.
With the line at 7.5, this one might be fun to have a dip either side. Michael Maguire has been all about instilling resilience into his Tigers, so it could go down to the wire.
You can get $4 for the Tigers +7.5 into under 38.5 total points, which is definitely worth considering with Parramatta still missing Mitchell Moses.
Punters will have to hold fire on Sivo in the first tryscorer betting, but it might be worth looking at Waqa Blake on the right if the Eels’ Fijian flyer misses out.
The Tigers’ left edge has had a few problems in 2020, so you can bet the Parra attack will look to go there early.
