Cup favourite gallops at Werribee
Melbourne Cup favourite Yucatan has galloped with his Aidan O’Brien-trained stablemate The Cliffsofmoher at Werribee in preparation for Flemington.
The pair worked over a lap of the Werribee track, quickening over the final 1200m with Yucatan leading his stablemate home.
Yucatan is the $4.50 Cup favourite and will be ridden by James McDonald who partnered the stayer when he won the Herbert Power Stakes at Caulfield.
