Chris Waller to have two in Caulfield Cup
Trainer Chris Waller will rely on Preferment and Sacred Master in the Caulfield Cup with Antonio Giuseppe to be sent to the spelling paddock.
Waller said Antonio Giuseppe had come out of his Group One second in the Metropolitan Handicap with muscle damage while stablemates Grand Marshal and Who Shot Thebarman will be directed to the Moonee Valley or Geelong Cup.
Hugh Bowman will ride Preferment in Saturday’s $3 million Caulfield Cup (24000m) while Tommy Berry will be aboard Sacred Master.
