2019 NRL Round 19 betting preview – Knights vs Tigers
Newcastle Knights – $1.48 at Bet365
Wests Tigers – $2.65
Both the Newcastle Knights and Wests Tigers are hoping to turn things around on Friday night.
The Knights have slipped to eighth place after four losses in five games, the last of which was a 48-10 mauling at the hands of the Sydney Roosters.
With several teams threatening to climb up from the bottom half, Nathan Brown’s men cannot afford any more disasters in the run home.

Among those looking to rise up are Wests, but their form lines are less than promising ahead of Robbie Farah’s 300th game.
After falling to Canberra last time out, the Tigers have now lost three games in a row – and six of their last eight – to slide to 12th on the NRL ladder.
Something needs to change ASAP if the 2005 premiers are to keep pace with the likes of the Brisbane Broncos and the NZ Warriors in the race for finals.

Knights vs Tigers tryscorer tips
Hymel Hunt – The Kiwi is having a good year, but his scoring has slowed since moving to the wing a few weeks ago. He will want to rectify that, so look for Hunt to stretch the Wests defence early in the game.
David Nofoaluma – While the Tigers may be struggling a bit, there is not much wrong with Nofoaluma’s form. He has scored three tries and his last two starts and needs to improve that tally if Wests are to win on the road.
Knights vs Tigers NRL stats and trends

Knights vs Tigers NRL Round 19 predictions
Newcastle lost their mojo when Kalyn Ponga went down a few weeks ago, but the Queensland fullback made his return last week and will want to stamp his authority on this contest. The Knights will be eager to please their loyal fans after a couple of home losses and should get the job done.
