Washington Commanders v Green Bay Packers

Friday, September 12 – 10:15am AEST – Lambeau Field, Green Bay

Green Bay at home is a big boost, especially after downing Detroit with relative ease in Week 1. Their offence starts fast and the defence can hurry Washington QB Jayden Daniels into errors. If the Packers lead, they’ll run the ball through Josh Jacobs and wind the clock.

Cleveland Browns v Baltimore Ravens

Monday, September 15 – 3am AEST – M&T Bank Stadium, Baltimore

Zay Flowers was the main target for Lamar Jackson in Week 1 with seven catches for 143 yards and a touchdown. Cleveland’s defence must respect the Ravens’ run game, so Flowers often finds one-on-one chances near the goal line.

Jacksonville Jaguars v Cincinnati Bengals

Monday, September 15 – 3am AEST – Paycor Stadium, Cincinnati

The Bengals often get Joe Burrow to throw more at home, while the Jags use quick passes out of Trevor Lawrence to keep drives alive. Unless the weather turns ugly, points should flow in what will be a back-and-forth game.

New York Giants v Dallas Cowboys

Monday, September 15 – 3am AEST – AT&T Stadium, Arlington

Dallas were competitive for a half in Philly and should lift for their home opener this weekend. The Giants struggled to score in their opening encounter and have injury worries on defence. This sets up for a clear Cowboys margin as Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb look to heap further pain on Giants fans.

Chicago Bears v Detroit Lions

Monday, September 15 – 3am AEST – Ford Field, Detroit

Detroit moved the ball well but wasted chances in Week 1 against Green Bay. Back indoors and in front of a noisy home crowd, finishing drives should improve. Chicago come off a short week after a late collapse against Minnesota, so will be vulnerable against a strong Detroit side.

New England Patriots v Miami Dolphins

Monday, September 15 – 3am AEST – Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Gardens

Miami turned it over and looked banged up in their opening week loss to Indianapolis. The Patriots kept their opener tight in Las Vegas and can turn this into a grind, making them a big chance of causing an upset. If New England avoid giveaways and run the ball, they can dictate the game and pinch it late.

San Francisco 49ers v New Orleans Saints

Monday, September 15 – 3am AEST – Caesars Superdome, New Orleans

The 49ers scraped by Seattle and have changed kickers midweek. The Saints defend well at home and can keep this encounter close in a low-scoring game. The noise at Caesars Superdome helps their pass rush, and special teams could be the difference if this comes down to late kicks.

Buffalo Bills v New York Jets

Monday, September 15 – 3am AEST – MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford

Bills playmaker Josh Allen gets designed runs near the stripe and scored in Week 1. In another tight game, his legs are a real weapon against this New York Jets outfit. If coverage is tight on the receivers, Buffalo won’t hesitate to call QB keepers or a sneak, where Allen tends to score more often than not.

Seattle Seahawks v Pittsburgh Steelers

Monday, September 15 – 3am AEST – Acrisure Stadium, Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh’s new-look offence clicked against the Jets in Aaron Rodgers’ debut. Seattle scored only 13 in Week 1 and now travel for an early kickoff. Mike Tomlin’s teams usually win the field position battle, and the front seven should squeeze Seattle’s run game.

Los Angeles Rams v Tennessee Titans

Monday, September 15 – 3am AEST – Nissan Stadium, Nashville

Rams receiver Davante Adams sees heavy red-zone targets and was close to scoring in Week 1. With his role, one big chance may be enough against this Titans lineup. Expect fade routes and quick slants inside the redzone, where he’s the go-to guy when they get down there.

Carolina Panthers v Arizona Cardinals

Monday, September 15 – 6:05am AEST – State Farm Stadium, Glendale

Arizona’s defence travelled well in Week 1, keeping the Saints to 13 points. Carolina turned it over and struggled to stop the run against the Jaguars when conceding 26 points. Back at home, the Cards can control the game from the start, and if they play from in front, Arizona’s pass rush can turn Panthers mistakes into points.

Denver Broncos v Indianapolis Colts

Monday, September 15 – 6:25am AEST – Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis

Courtland Sutton is the first look near the goal line for Denver and scored in their Week 1 win over Tennessee. Even in a balanced attack, he’s a prime target inside the redzone for Bo Nix. Against a shaky Colts defence, Sutton should score again.

Philadelphia Eagles v Kansas City Chiefs

Monday, September 15 – 6:25am AEST – Arrowhead Stadium, Kansas City

The Eagles are rolling after the Kickoff win against Dallas. Their run–pass mix travels well, and the defence is deep coming up against the banged-up Chiefs attack. Philly’s offensive line can control drives, which keeps Patrick Mahomes on the sideline and shortens the game.

Atlanta Falcons v Minnesota Vikings

Monday, September 15 – 10:20am AEST – U.S. Bank Stadium, Minneapolis

Rookie J.J. McCarthy led a comeback and the Vikings’ defence lifted after halftime in Chicago. Home-crowd advantage will help the young rookie, and Minnesota can clear the line on offer here. Expect play-action to open easy throws and their two-back rotation to take the game away from a tricky Atlanta lineup late in the piece.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers v Houston Texans

Tuesday, September 9 – 10:15am AEST – NRG Stadium, Houston

Tampa finished strong and their pass rush showed up when getting the better of Atlanta in Week 1. Houston’s attack looked flat against the Rams, scoring just nine points. If the Bucs win the turnover count, their receivers have enough quality to grab a couple of big plays to turn this game in their favour.

Los Angeles Chargers at Las Vegas Raiders

Tuesday, September 16 – 12pm AEST – Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas

The Chargers pushed the ball downfield with relative ease against the Chiefs and scored three passing touchdowns. The Raiders’ offence looked capped when downing the Pats 20-13. A steadier run game for the Chargers under Jim Harbaugh should help them close it out late on the road in Vegas.
