NBL 2021/22 Round 13 betting tips & top odds
The 2021/22 NBL season continues this week following a successful round with no cancellations or postponements as the Australian basketball scene returns to some normality.
A handful of important matches will take place across round 13 which could determine the order at the top end of NBL ladder as we approach the finals.
Here is a quick look at Thursday and Friday’s NBL games, with odds provided by Sportsbet.
Cairns Taipans vs Brisbane Bullets
Thursday, February 24 at 7:30pm AEDT – Cairns Convention Centre, Cairns
The Cairns Taipans currently own the longest losing streak in the league, failing to win a match in any of their last four outings. The Brisbane Bullets are not much better after losing six of their last seven matches, but they came very close in round 12 against the South East Melbourne Phoenix. Online bookmakers are predicting a tight contest, but we think the Taipans will jump out of their slump and record a victory.

Illawarra Hawks vs Adelaide 36ers
Friday, February 25 at 7:30pm AEDT – WIN Entertainment Centre, Wollongong
Both the Hawks and the 36ers have won two of their last three matches, making them two of the hottest teams in the league. Both of these teams claimed a big victory against the Taipans in round 12; the Hawks posted a 25-point win, while the 36ers were good enough to win by 11. The Hawks will have the home advantage on this occasion, which is very important against the 36ers, who are 1-5 away on the road.
