NBA Thursday multi tips and bookie bonuses for March 2nd matches
Games on Thursday, March 2 from 10am.
THURSDAY has to be the best day of the week for NBA action – unless you are working.
Well, if you’re working, you might not be able to watch it, but at least you will have a mountain of games to bet on, the 11 game slate kicking off at 11am AEDT with the Orlando Magic hosting the New York Knicks.
Three games tip off simultaneously at 11.30am, with the headline act a superb eastern conference show down between the Washington Wizards and Toronto Raptors, which is sure to please even the most vehement non NBA fan (fingers crossed).
At the same time, the Dallas Mavericks will be in Atlanta to take the Hawks and Miami plans to heat up the Philadelphia 76ers, set to again be without superstar – but often injured young buck – Embiid.
We’ll have another three games tip off at noons, with the Cleveland Cavaliers and Boston Celtics providing the hot ticket for punters. LeBron James should be healthy after taking the rest against the Bulls on Sunday, but only a couple of games separate these two teams at the top of the eastern conference.
The Indiana Pacers and Cleveland Cavaliers have the 12.30 slot all to themselves, while the Minnesota Timberwolves head to Utah for a clash with the Jazz at 1pm.
The Houston Rockets and Los Angeles Clippers should put on a show at 2.30pm and they will be joined in the matinee viewing by two of the worst teams in the NBA, the Brooklyn Nets and the Sacramento Kings, who will probably be feeling the affects of the DeMarcus Cousins trade for some time yet.
What we have here is a huge bag of NBA games to play around with and we have run the rule over all of them, crunched the numbers and come up with a solid set of results that we plan to parlay into some real cash.
Happy multi hunting.

Miami Heat to defeat the Philadelphia 76ers
Yes, we know the Philadelphia 76ers somehow managed to end the Miami Heat’s remarkable 13 game winning streak less just before the All Star break, but another three games without defeat has the Heat primed to nick a playoff spot, with just one game now separating them from the the eighth placed Detroit Pistons. Every thing is looking rosie in Miami, with the Heat enjoying an even contribution, led by the stellar big man little man play from Hassan Whiteside and Goran Dragic. The Sixers, while they have a huge future ahead of them, have traded Nerlens Noel, have Joel Embiid on the pine due to injury and won’t see number one draft pick Ben Simmons until next season, after shutting him down for the remainder of this campaign. Heat to do it easily.
Boston Celtics to defeat the Cleveland Cavaliers
Yes, we are tipping against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Yes we are fully aware that Lebron James and Kyrie Irving are set to be joined by veterans Deron Williams and Andrew Bogut. But that’s a may or may not happen and, without Kevin Love, things look tough in a trip to the Boston Celtics, who are yapping at their heels just three games behind in second in the east. This match up always has intrigue and could go either way, but we reckon the Celtics can overcome their shocking rebounding efforts to record a win on the back of a big game from Isaiah Thomas.
San Antonio Spurs to defeat the Indiana Pacers
We pity the Indian Pacers here. The San Antonio Spurs look like they are just kicking into gear under the expert guidance of Gregg Popovic and this match up could get really nasty really quickly. It might be a different story if Pacers star Paul George actually cared, but that’s not a reality at the moment and therefore we expect Kawhi Leonard and company to tear Indiana a new one in Texas.
Utah Jazz to defeat the Minnesota Timberwolves
The curious case of the Minnesota Timberwolves is unfortunately a tail of losing. It’s remarkable that a team featuring talent like Karl-Anthony Towns, Andrew Wiggins and Ricky Rubio could be languishing at under .400 and near the bottom of the west. But that is the exact case for this lineup. They break up huge losing streaks with the odd win here and there, but it is not good enough for a team that was tipped to make the leap at the start of the season. One team that has certainly made the leap is there Utah Jazz. And while Gordon Hayward and company struggle to beat teams in the playoff bracket, the Wolves are no where neat that and that means this one should be a W for the Jazz.
Houston Rockets to defeat the Los Angeles Clippers
Somehow, the Los Angeles Clippers are still fifth in the west and they have just welcomed back star point guard Chris Paul from a long injury layoff. With he and Blake Griffin now healthy, they should prove a tough ask again. But the Houston Rockets are absolutely cooking, having won six of their past seven games and added yet another scoring machine in bench star Lou Williams. The Rockets, guided by James Harden, are a well oiled machine and, while this will be no walk over, they should have enough talent and form to take it to the Clipps as they continue to get used to having Paul back in the fold.
