Free tips & bookie bonuses for the Round 11 NRL multi of the week

NRL betting preview round 8
LAST week threw up two of the most unlikely results in recent memory and multi backers were left in disbelief.

The Titans’ last minute heroics saw them topple the Storm, while the Knights hammered the Raiders to record a famous win.

Unfortunately we had neither result in our multi, but there is no shame in that, given no one saw that coming.

This week we are determined to do better, and like Bellamy’s Storm, we are keen to atone for last week’s debacle.

Selections for the Round 11 NRL multi of the week:

Brisbane Broncos to beat Wests Tigers ($1.19)

Gold Coast Titans to beat Manly Sea Eagles ($1.65)

Penrith Panthers to defeat Newcastle Knights ($1.30)

Melbourne Storm to win against South Sydney Rabbitohs ($1.38)

Combined multi value: $3.52 @ WilliamHill.com.au

Brisbane Broncos vs. Wests Tigers

Friday, May 19 from 7.50 pm AEST, Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane

The top-four Brisbane Broncos host the Wests Tigers at Suncorp Stadium on Friday night in what could be the easiest result to predict this weekend.

The Broncos are charging on the back of five straight wins. The men from the sunshine state hammered Manly away from home last week to insert themselves right back into the premiership frame.

The Broncos are the second favourite at Sportsbet.com.au for the 2017 premiership at the $6.50 quote.

Wests Tigers are in turmoil and will be looking forward to 2018 so new coach Phil Cleary can start afresh.

On paper this is a walkover. Broncos should win this one in a canter.

Brisbane Broncos to win – $1.19

Gold Coast Titans vs. Manly Sea Eagles

Saturday, May 20 from 5.30 pm AEST, CBUS Super Stadium, Gold Coast

Manly travel to Queensland to face the Titans in the second leg of our NRL multi, and there is a lot on the line for both sides.

The two teams are separated by just one win on the ladder which means Saturday’s matchup is incredibly important in the finals picture, even at this early stage.

The Sea Eagles are stung by the absence of fullback Tom Trbojevic, who will miss Saturday’s match after suffering an ankle injury.

Manly lose a lot of attacking power through Trbojevic’s omission and we believe it shifts the momentum heading in right back in the Titans’ favour.

We are expecting the Titans to keep us rolling into the third leg.

Gold Coast Titans to win – $1.65

Newcastle Knights vs. Penrith Panthers

Sunday, May 21 from 2 pm AEST, McDonald Jones Stadium, Newcastle

Two teams coming off arguably their finest wins in the last two years meet on Sunday as the Knights host the Panthers.

Penrith was dead and gone against the Warriors last week at home after trailing by over 20 points, but the Panthers rallied to take the win and breathe new life into their season which was looking buried.

The Knights were not expected to trouble the Raiders, but the men from Newcastle hammered the Green Machine en route to a famous win. Can they back that up this week?

We do not think so. We believe the Panthers are a genuine finals contender and should have too much class for their opponents in the third leg of our multi.

Penrith Panthers to win – $1.30

South Sydney Rabbitohs vs. Melbourne Storm

Sunday, May 21 from 6.30 pm AEST, NIB Stadium, Sydney

The Storm travel to Sydney to face the Rabbits in match that could get very ugly for the home side.

Melbourne were horrendous last week in their loss to the Titans, which was just their second defeat of the season. The Storm conceded a late try to give up the lead and ultimately the match.

The Rabbits are coming off a strong win over the Wests last week, but given how ordinary they have been over the course of the season, a win is nothing to write home about.

Melbourne has won nine of the last ten meetings between the two sides and we are expecting that dominance to continue.

The Storm should atone for last week’s debacle to generate a winning dividend for multi backers.

Melbourne Storm to win – $1.38

NRL Round 11 Promotions

Anyone that picked the Knights to beat the Raiders and the Titans to beat the Storm – we certainly did not – deserves a pat on the back, but that is little solace for multi backers last week.

We are back on the horse however, and thankfully the bookies are in our corner heading into round 11.
