Black Heart Bart wins Orr Stakes

Black Heart Bart has claimed the first Group One race of the year, mowing down Turn Me Loose in the C F Orr Stakes at Caulfield.

The Darren Weir-trained gelding was ridden by Brad Rawiller who got him into a good position from a wide barrier and the gelding chased the leader down to win decisively.

Ecuador ran on well to finish third with Palentino and Caulfield Cup winner Jameka in a dead-heat for fourth.
