Zoe White set for Brisbane move
Leading Rockhampton apprentice Zoe White is set to join Brisbane’s premier stable.
White, who has ridden 83 winners mainly in central and north Queensland, rode at Ipswich on Friday and the Gold Coast on Saturday.
She will link with trainer Tony Gollan at Eagle Farm after already having spent some time at his stable.
“Zoe came down earlier in the year and rode work. She was also with us this week and had a couple of rides,” Gollan said.

“I expect she will go back to Rockhampton this week and then move down to us full time in early September.”
Gollan said White had the ability and attitude to succeed in Brisbane.
“She rode Luna Fiore into second for me at Ipswich on Friday and gave it every chance,” he said.
White’s arrival in Brisbane will be timely for Gollan as his current apprentice Lani Fancourt comes out of her time in October.
“Lani has done a great job for us and we will support her once she comes out of her time,” Gollan said.
