Pat Sabatini v Joanderson Brito

Pat Sabatini (19-5) is a grappling ace with high-level submission skills and suffocating control. He rebounded from a KO loss with a first-round rear-naked choke win over Jonathan Pearce and has since been sharpening his transitions and back takes. If Sabatini can drag this fight to the mat early, his path to victory is clear — wear Brito down and hunt the neck.
Joanderson Brito (17-4-1) brings chaos with him to every fight. Aggressive to a fault, the Brazilian throws heavy leather and has secured finishes in five of his last six wins. While he can be a little wild, his athleticism and power make him a dangerous matchup for anyone who can’t get him down. He’s the more explosive fighter, but he’ll need to keep it standing to win.

Cortavious Romious v Changho Lee

Cortavious Romious (9-3) is flashy and unorthodox but raw. After impressing on Contender Series, he was soundly beaten in his UFC debut against Gaston Bolanos. His athleticism is clear, and he’ll likely look for takedowns or explosive counters, but his striking accuracy (just 37%) and cardio remain concerns as he takes another step up.
Changho Lee (10-1) is a far more composed and technical striker. A Road to UFC winner, the South Korean enters on a four-fight win streak and is comfortable wherever the fight goes. He mixes in takedowns effectively and has a better gas tank, which should allow him to outwork Romious over three rounds.

Brad Tavares v Gerald Meerschaert

74” | Reach | 77.5” |

Brad Tavares (20-10) has seen it all in the UFC, but he’s now 1-4 in his last five and showing signs of wear. The 36-year-old still has excellent takedown defence and a reliable jab, and he should be able to keep this fight standing. If it turns into a kickboxing match, Tavares has the tools to point-score his way to victory.
Gerald Meerschaert (35-18) has dangerous submissions and sneaky power, but his wrestling hasn’t always been good enough to get fights to the ground. If he can close the distance and find a way to Tavares’ back, he becomes a real threat. That said, he may struggle to impose his game here without early success.

Ode Osbourne v Luis Gurule

73” | Reach | 64” |

Ode Osbourne (12-8) is in desperation mode after three straight losses, but he brings nine inches of reach into this bout and a wealth of UFC experience. He’s a sharp counter-striker with unorthodox kicks and solid wrestling when he needs it. If he fights smart and uses his range, he can frustrate the debutant and value to be found with the top MMA Bookmakers for Osbourne to win.
Luis Gurule (10-0) is undefeated and got his UFC shot after a split decision win on Contender Series. He’s a compact boxer with decent speed, but his ground game looked vulnerable, and Osbourne will be the toughest test of his career by far. Expect growing pains if he can’t get inside early.

Torrez Finney v Robert Valentin

75.5” | Reach | 77” |

Torrez Finney (10-0) is a brute-force wrestler with three wins on Contender Series and a relentless takedown game. Short for middleweight but explosively strong, he has a habit of planting opponents on the mat and unloading ground-and-pound. If he can get to top position, it’s hard to see Valentin surviving long.
Robert Valentin (10-4) was outclassed on the ground in his TUF finale and now faces an even stronger grappler. He does have powerful hands and the size advantage, so if he can land early or scramble to his feet, he has a chance. But more likely, he gets taken down and drowned by Finney’s pace.
