Post-fight, Chandler didn’t mince words as he called out McGregor in front of the Madison Square Garden crowd, reigniting hopes for a clash with the Irish superstar.

“Conor McGregor, if you can ever get your house back in order like us real professionals have been keeping the octagon warm.

“Come back and beat me if you can.”

McGregor, who was initially scheduled to fight Chandler earlier this year, withdrew due to personal and injury-related setbacks.

Chandler’s year-long anticipation of a fight with McGregor has fuelled his motivation despite his recent loss.

He remains steadfast in pursuing the opportunity to face the former champion, underscoring his desire to make the fight happen.

Meanwhile, Oliveira praised Chandler’s toughness, recognizing him as one of the most resilient competitors he has faced in his career.

“This guy is one of the toughest guys I have ever fought,” he said.

“This guy deserves to be here, he has all my respect.”
