Ben Melham manoeuvred the gelding through the inside then tore past his rivals after the 200m to comfortably beat Super Cash, with Champagne Cuddles in third place.

The Anthony Freedman-trained Santa Ana Lane won The Goodwood (1200m) last start and is the first horse to win the Goodwood-Stradbroke double.
