Record breaking sale at new complex

The first yearling sale at the new William Inglis’ Riverside complex has been hailed a success with a record breaking Book One continuing on to the three days of selling for Book Two of the Classic sale.

The multi million dollar establishment at Warwick Farm opened for business on Saturday night and the sale ended on Tuesday.

With an average of $44,914, clearance rate of 88 per cent and a gross of $7,051,500 the gross for the four days was $55,518,000.
