Toorak Handicap winner Land of Plenty has been transferred to Peter and Paul Snowden.

Group One winner Land Of Plenty is on the move for the second time in as many weeks, joining the Flemington stables of Peter and Paul Snowden.

The Snowdens become the sixth stable to work with last spring’s Toorak Handicap winner.

A veteran of 27 starts for six wins and a little over $1 million prize money, Land Of Plenty started his career with Shane Nichols at Mornington, winning a trial but not racing for him.

He made his debut for Mick Price, winning once from five starts before heading to Grahame Begg and failing to win in 10 starts.

Land Of Plenty then joined Darren Weir last March, racing 11 times, for five wins, including the Toorak Handicap.

Following Weir’s four-year disqualification last week, Land Of Plenty raced for Ciaron Maher and David Eustace, finishing second in a dead-heat with Kementari in the C F Orr Stakes won by Manuel.

Land Of Plenty is currently the 13th highest vote gatherer for the All Star Mile at Flemington on March 16.
